Simple policies for a confident purchase.
U.S. shipping
Standard shipping is $9.95 and complimentary on orders of $150 or more. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and begin once an order is dispatched.
Order preparation
Each piece is inspected before dispatch. In-stock items typically begin processing within 2–3 business days. We’ll email tracking when your parcel is on its way.
Returns
Eligible unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Final-sale items, custom services, and worn or damaged pieces are not eligible.
Before sending anything back
Contact our team with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive instructions. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund unless the item arrived incorrect or damaged.
